Summary:
This bill would delete the provisions governing Manufacturing Enhancement Areas and targeted tax areas, and make various revisions in the requirements for designating and administering enterprise zones and LAMBRAs, and G-TEDAs collectively.  Click here to link to bill language.

In order to ensure that our message about job creation and economic development is heard by your representatives, we encourage all CAEZ members to participate in our legislative days. These events have been extremely successful in promoting Enterprise Zones and defeating proposals that would have decimated the program.
